PRATIK is a dedicated non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to fostering development in various sectors including agriculture, education, environment, health, water resources, and skill development. Established on May 24, 2022, and registered under the Indian Trust Acts of 1882, PRATIK is a trusted entity making a significant impact in the lives of many in Bihar and Jharkhand.

PRATIK is in the process of bringing remarkable changes in the lives of farmers, women and children. As of now, the organization has mobilized 500 families in 10 villages of Barachatti block, Gaya district, Bihar to construct 15 ponds through Voluntary contributions. This has led to increase in agricultural productivity and income of the families. The organization is running 05 remedial centers for 150 dropout Children and mainstreaming them to formal education.
Enrolled over 50 children in schools, reducing dropout rates.
Improved crop yields by 20% through integrating traditional and modern farming techniques.
500 families have improved access to safe drinking water, water irrigation for agriculture.
